An adoption fee of $250 is being requested for Poochini.

Poochini

Poochini is a tiny 4 pound, 5-7 year old male Pom and has recently had a dental.    Poochini is the tiniest little package, but do not let that fool you because he is feisty and full of life.    He loves to cuddle, gets along great with other dogs and is in very good health.

Simba

Simba is a 5 year old, 12 pound male Pom.  Simba is an active, playful, fun and very loving boy.  He loves to play and has tons of energy.  He is also a big snuggle bug!  He has a very luxurious coat that needs a tremendous amount of care.  He will require daily brushings and regular grooming to maintain his beautiful mane.

An adoption fee of $250 is being requested for Simba.

An adoption fee of $250 is being requested for Laptop.

Laptop

Laptop, all 6 pounds 9 ounces of him, is a little, neutered male Pomeranian that has had a miserable life up until now.  The first two years of his life he was tossed around like a ball and he was found cowering and trembling behind a garage.  His last owner's saved him from that environment but never gave him the quality time and care a doggie needs and longs for.  He can't hold his head high and proud and he won't smile because he is so embarrassed by his bad breath and teeth.  But, he will have a dental and x-rays of his neck on 3-01-10.  So, little Laptop's life is about to turn around!  Can you give this boy the life he deserves for the rest of his life and make all those bad memories and long lonely days and nights go away?

Update -

The x-rays show vertebrae, C6 and C7 are fused. This was probably due to his physical abuse. The only thing we are doing is giving him Metacam, an anti-inflammatory/arthritis med, every other day. He can lift his head and hold it up, especially when he is waiting for a meal! He can go in and out of a doggie door too! He also had a dental and had 32-34 teeth removed, but doggies have 44 so he eats moistened kibble, wet food and small hard treats. He is feisty, ok with other dogs but could be an only doggie, and likes to be held but not fussed with.

This was Holly before she came to us.  I just cannot fathom why anyone would let this happen to a precious angel.

Holly

Holly is now a bouncing 5 pounds five ounces and ready to find her forever home.  Holly needs to be with a very active family and with another dog that matches her high spirited play.  She is a bundle of energy and would love someone that matches that vivaciousness, and that could take her on walks to help drain her energy on a daily basis.

Another pending happy tail!

And this is her now!

An adoption fee of $250 is being requested for Holly.

Davey

Davey is a 1-2 year old, cream and white, neutered male Pomeranian.  Davey weighs 15 pounds loves other dogs, large and small and is good with cats!  Davey was found wondering the streets of San Francisco, alone and hungry.  We had no room at that time and San Francisco Animal Control agreed to keep him for us for one month until we had room.  Davey would be great with an active family with well mannered children 9 years or older. He is a smart boy and needs to have obedience classes, as all young dogs do, so both Pommie and Human's are happy!  If you want a loving, happy, active boy for your family, Davey might just be the one for you!

An adoption fee of $250 is being requested for Davey.

Juliet

Romeo

Romeo and Juliet are a courtesy posting.  To learn more about them, or to request an application to adopt them, contact Jeanne at bellestarrgang@gmail.com.  They are being fostered in Chico, CA, north of Sacramento.

  Romeo and Juliet

ROMEO (black) & JULIET (silver) are 10-year-old siblings, whose owner died, leaving them homeless.  They are wonderful companions, loving lap dogs, & they are inseparable, so they must be placed together.  When they first came to their foster home, they were very worried, but they have blossomed since they know they are safe & loved.  They are healthy, spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations & heartworm preventative, & they have had a recent dental.  They are crate-trained, but prefer to be crated together, & they are housebroken.  When they first came into their foster home, they had some accidents, but since they learned the routine, they have been reliable.  They are quiet, sweet dogs.

Lil Red

Lil Red is a 4 year old, housebroken, micro chipped,  approx. 10 pound male Pom who has recently had a dental.  Lil Red came to be with us as a result of a broken home.  He was sharing a household with 3 generations and the youngest generation teased him mercilessly.  He became so fearful of humans he started hiding under the bed for refuge.  He also had a terrible flea allergy that has now been cleared up.  Lil Red is a wonderful companion and he is extremely loving and gentle.  He is very good with dog's he has had a chance to meet.  He would be fabulous as an only dog as well.  He is a dream with cats and even loves to cuddle them.

Another pending happy tail!

An adoption fee of $250 is being requested for Lil Red.

Chichi is a courtesy posting for our friends at Muttville.  Please contact sherri@muttville.org for information on adopting this precious girl.

Chichi

Chichi, sweet like sugar and fluffy as a cloud, is a lovely 14 year old Pom.  She is a quiet, gentle little lap warmer.  Chichi likes to sleep a lot, but loves to cuddle (whether or not she's sleeping): such a multi tasker!  Chichi has quite a bit of spring to her step, loves to go for walks, and is great with other little doggies too.  We now think she may be a bit younger than the 14 years we approximated when she first arrived.  She is a healthy girl with lots of life and love left in her.
