Momma
has a lot of kick left in her even though she is loosing some of her sight due
to chronic untreated dry eye, she is otherwise very healthy. Being at a high
kill shelter took a bit of a toll on Momma as she was forced to sleep on
cold concrete at night. After being the shelter for over a month, Pomeranian
Rescue Group was called to take her home. Momma has found a wonderful home with a huge loving family in the country. Just recently Momma and her family email to update PRG on Momma's health. After moving some VERY VERY old, black, foxtails from Momma's ears, she has been found to still be deaf. However, with proper care for her eyes it is expected that the remaining vision will be salvaged. Yippee! Momma will have two senior Shih Tzu's to spend her days with and be provided with all the veterinary care she certainly deserves. |
